The collector cells have been working great. The only thing I was disappointe with was that I had ordered the handles that should come with them and was told I didn't need them because they came with them.I originally ordered them and was called back and told they wern't necessary because they came with them.Surprise when I opened them no handles which I really need because the two next together make it a long reach into the duct work in an akward space. I'll wait til I take them out the first time and see how hard it is to do. I'm really not sure why they don't come with them my originals had them and the cost for the total unit was less, but the furnace man put them in the first time so I didn't see how they came packaged.

My collector arrived damage free and worked perfectly! The delivery was fast! I only have one issue. My old collector had a plastic strap for pulling out the collector and to carry it for cleaning. The new collector doesn't have one. I can't figure out how to remove the strap and install on the new one. Some info on this would be appreciated. I've kept the old one hoping for this info....
