Your customer service is amazing. First of all the consumer is greeted with a real live person not a stupid computer. I wasn't sure what post filter would fit our furnace as we recently purchased the house and noticed they were missing. Your customer service rep gave me the required information. However, after they arrived they didn't fit. I called and again the customer service people were wonderful. I explained the situation and was transferred to a technician. He informed us that our particular model didn't even need the post filters and indeed they would not fit, so he credited us back our money. We were floored by the great service. Too many businesses now-a-days don't care about the consumer just themselves and the money they can profit. We will definitely buy Honeywell products again. We have bragged about your service to our friends.

Why can't you find a sales location, other than the internet, for your equipment and replacement parts? All of the stores you list do not carry any parts or filters for the high end air systems.

I called Honeywell customer service to order electronic filters that I only could describe by size, color, and an attempt at describing the material of the filter. The gentleman helping me knew immediately which filter I needed and pointed it out to me on the internet web site. I prefer ordering by phone, he took the order and told me the filters would be shipped the next day. They arrived within a few days and were exactly what I needed.
