I effected the repairs to my filters however the system still does not work. I relied on my furnace installer's advise when he stated he tested the electronic filter and found the problem to be in the filters themselves. Anyways, the instructions were great, the installation went smoothly. However, the rivots supplied were inferior quality and collapsed improperly. I utlized rivots purchased from the local hardware store to complete the job. The shipping time was fine and this was the second order i placed with your firm. I have no reluctance to do so again should the need arise.

was easy to do, what a money saver in that I didn't have to purchase a new electro-static air filter, just repired he one I have.
