Our whole house air cleaner had a broken wire and wouldn't work. I ordered two. In the process of installing one new wire another old one broke. I was glad I had ordered two. Now our air cleaner is operating as usual.

I installed the new ionizing wire and the filter is working fine. Your web site and ordering procedure worked perfectly. The only fly in the ointment was UPS over which you have no control. They took from Dec 23 until Jan 3 to deliver the shipment and missed their promised delivery date by 4 days. I will still use your site for any Honeywell parts in need in the future.
